Lounge in and around the pool with friends and family while enjoying a family-friendly feature on the big screen! We'll be showing Finding Dory from 8:30-10:30 PM at Randol Mill Pool this Friday, July 14. Admission is $6 for all ages.

Pre-registration is required and is likely to sell out, so consider registering early.

Get crafty over coffee and breakfast at the Dottie Lynn Recreation Center! Each month we'll teach you how to make adorable crafts to take home. We'll provide the supplies for each craft and also serve breakfast, coffee, hot chocolate, tea and more to enjoy while working on your project.

Our upcoming Coffee and Crafting is this Saturday, July 15 from 9:15-11:15 AM where we will create brush lettering cards. You will learn how to use brush pens to create pretty, hand lettering cards to share with your friends. We'll go over basic techniques to create pretty lettering with fun sayings. This craft is perfect for creating birthday, thank you, or just because cards. We recommend ages 8+ for this class.

Arlington Tennis Center's Friday Play Nights are designed to allow juniors age 9 and 10 to enjoy an evening of tennis games and competition with children their own age. Our upcoming Friday 10-S Play Night is this Friday, July 14 from 5:30-7:30 PM.

Play will be on ATC's specially marked 10 and Under courts, with properly sized equipment and balls. Registration is $15 per person and includes a boxed, sandwich dinner. Call 817-459-6163 for more information.RegisterToday

Pup parents, rejoice! The City of Arlington's second public dog park will officially open this fall.

The Rush Creek Dog Park, set to open September 9, 2017, is located at 1900 Valleywood Drive off West Pioneer Parkway near Green Oaks Boulevard. The seven-acre park features drinking water fountains, shaded seating areas with benches that look like doggy bones and four fenced-in areas for off-leash play. The park also includes designated areas for large and small dogs, security lighting and two parking lots with at least 60 spaces.
