O.W. Fannin Natural Area

 Hardisty Drive and Fox Hunt Drive   |    5:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m.

Park 100-Recovered

Located at the corner of Hardisty Drive and Fox Hunt Drive in south Arlington, O.S. Fannin Natural Area is a hiker’s hidden gem. A sliver of nature that winds through residential streets, the main artery of the area is a long ribbon of concrete walkway. From the main walkway, soft-surface paths shoot off every so often and offer short, picturesque hikes through the trees. If you don’t live within walking distance of this park, fear not. It actually links up with Red Kane Park which has ample parking, a playground, picnic tables and grills, fishing, and practice fields.
