Community Dog Park

There are gated areas for large and small dogs. Not sure which size your dog is? Use the guideline below to find out.

Small Dogs are allowed in the Large Dog area, at the owner's discretion. Large Dogs are never allowed in the Small Dog area.

DOG PARK RULES:
No more than 3 dogs per person.
Keep park gates closed at all times.
Clean and remove all waste deposited by dog.
All children under the age of 12 must be under strict supervision and accompanied by an adult.
Owner must keep dog under visual and voice control at all times.
Owners shall repair any damage done by their dog (i.e. holes dug by their dog).
Any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior must be removed immediately.
No puppies under 4 months of age.
Dogs in season are not allowed.
Owners are liable for damage or injury inflicted by their dogs.
Dogs must be kept on secured leash until inside the double-gate entry.
Owner waives liability to the City for any injury or damage caused to or by their dogs during anytime while using the park.
There are four areas at Rush Creek Dog Park, one for large dogs and one for small dogs. Please keep your dog in the designated area proper to its size.
No alcoholic beverages; no food allowed.

The City of Arlington will be conducting frequent checks at Rush Creek Dog Park to ensure that all dogs have the proper City of Arlington registration and rabies vaccination tags. All dogs must have these tags on their collar before being allowed to enter any City park. Thank you for your cooperation.
